Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V & AIM: GAL; OTCQX: GALKF) (“Galantas” or the “Company”) reports that it received notification on 3 June 2022 that on 2 June 2022, Mario Stifano, CEO, bought 10,000 common shares of nil par value (“Common Shares”) at a price of C$0.52 per Common Share and that also on 2 June 2022, he bought 20,000 common shares at a price of C$0.53, representing a combined total of 0.04% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr. Stifano’s interest in the Company is 400,499 Common Shares representing 0.48% of the Company’s total voting rights.
